***When you begin registering for Chile Night you only need to initially register one person. Register yourself (or a family member), press next and then the next question will prompt you and ask how many are in your family.**
Many of these slots fill up quickly (only 15 spots a session) so I would register ASAP if you would like your child to participate.
SSC is pleased to offer Summit Soccer Club Futsal Program2019 (ages U7 to U9.
Futsal is a game played between two teams of five players each, one of whom is the goalkeeper. It is played on a hard court surface delimited by lines (walls or boards are not used) with a smaller ball that has less bounce than a regular soccer ball. Futsal helps to develop improvisation, technique, creativity, ball control and heightened awareness.
The program will be run by Summit Soccer Club Directors of Coaching, Darren Shimwell and David Stapleton.
The program will be held on Saturdays in the Lincoln-Hubbard School gymnasium and consist of 8 weekly sessions, 60 minutes each, as follows:
Jan 4, 11, 18, 25
Feb 1, 8, 22, 29
Each group is limited to 15 registrants (space limitations of the gym). Registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parents of participating players will be asked to chaperone one session.
Lead by SSC Directors of Coaching, Darren Shimwell and Dave Stapleton, Summit Soccer Club will be offering a Teacher's Convention Camp on November 7thand November 8th. You do NOT need to be a Summit Soccer Club member to register for this camp. Players will be grouped based on age/gender.
Registration: you can sign up for both days, just Thursday or just Friday!
