There will be a mandatory meeting (at least one coach from each team must attend) on July 29th at 7pm at The Rec Center, 100 Morris Avenue. We will hand out the player packets and go over the process on how to fill them out properly. Jerry Strabley, Head of Coaches will also be there to answer any questions.
Coaches throughout the month of July your team will be flighted in their appropriate age group. It is important to view these flights and pay attention to the deadlines for appeals. If you feel your team has been misflighted you must email your league contact and request for them to put in an email. Please understand that often times the leagues do not adhere to these requests, but we still feel it is important to at least try to get the appropriate flights for all of our teams.

7/25 Deadline to appeal flight (any appeals should be emailed to Mike by 7/20)
7/29 Final Flighting is posted
8/1 Conflict Notice Deadline
*If your team has a Sunday that your team cannot play you must inform Mike Lorditch to submit to the league by 7/30 otherwise all games will be expected to play. (Think Teachers Convention Weekend and if you will have families traveling
8/26 Final Game Schedule will be posted
*Laura Madden will contact coaches directly to handle the home game schedule and specific time requests for any home games.
