Cancellation Notifications  Notification of cancellations of practice will be posted on the soccer hotline and website by 1:00PM for weekday practices.  For weekend practices the notification will be posted on the hotline and website by 7:30AM at the earliest or whenever the Club Manager is notified by the Recreation department.  For game cancellations, the notification will be posted by 9:30AM or three hours prior to your game if you are scheduled for a noon game.  If you have not received notification by the times listed above assume that your game or practice is going to be played. 

In addition, the Club Manager asks that coaches ask all parents to check the hotline before any practice, regardless of the weather.  With the fields being as wet as they are, rain from previous days can close the fields for one or possibly two days in a row.

Website vs Hotline  The hotline should be considered the most up to date information.  If for any reason there is a discrepancy between the website and the hotline, the hotline information should be considered most valid.  Notices for cancellations will be posted by 1:00PM on Weekdays.  The notices for cancellations will be posted as early as possible on Weekends (7:30AM for Saturday practices, 9:30AM for Saturday and Sunday Games).

Procedure for Rescheduling Cancelled Home Games:    

• Check the Make Up Game Schedule for open dates and time.

• Click on Coach (top bar).
• Click on Rescheduling Games (lefthand side).
• Input password (email the registrar for the password)
  
• Fill in all information.
• Click "Submit."
• A response will be emailed to you within 72 hours confirming 3 dates.  You will then have one week to confirm the date with the visiting team and the club.
  
• Once you agree on a date, email Laura Madden with the date along with your league contact. We will then handle contacting the league and scheduling a referee.
